There are a couple of things that I’ve come to find necessary during pregnancy. From lotions to vitamins, these are my faves so far at 29 weeks preggo!

Let’s start off with the belly. These two have been my go to from day one! I did mention in a previous post that I do have some stretch marks but I do believe that’s because I didn’t use these products consistently. I use the oil throughout the day and the cream I use it morning and night! I do think these have helped my stretch marks not be so noticeable and also they help A LOT with the itchiness. I do recommend to use this EVERYWHERE because I’ve found that stretch marks don’t only happen on your belly, so lather up!
For my prenatal vitamins I use these by One-A-Day. They are found in every drugstore and are usually on sale in different stores. They do have a pack where you have to take 2 pills a day so when I found these with just one pill a day, I definitely did the switch! Before becoming pregnant I found out I was anemic and it was all under control until I stopped taking my iron supplement during my pregnancy because the prenatal pills contain iron. I’m still ok but just have to continue to take iron supplements twice a day and these are my go to because they are very small and I find that they don’t taste like anything, a lot of my friends and family complain about taste in other brands but these are great and again, you can also find these at your local drugstore.
Lastly, this is something I don’t actually own (yet!) but I think it’s something to invest in if you’re having a hard time sleeping. I know I’m surrounded by pillows while I try to sleep because it is so hard for me to get comfortable without them.
